1. Types of Information Collected
In order to better provide you with its products and services, Mobility Buff collects two types of information about its users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-personally Identifiable Information. Mobility Buff's primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using the Site.
Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information is information that lets Mobility Buff know the specifics of who you are (“Personally Identifiable Information”). When you engage in certain activities on this Site, Mobility Buff may ask you to provide certain information about yourself by filling out and submitting an online form. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. However, if you do elect to engage in these activities, Mobility Buff may ask that you provide personal information, such as your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), email address, employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal identifying information.
When purchasing Services through the Site, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. Depending upon the activity, some of the information Mobility Buff asks you to provide is identified as mandatory and some are identified as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data with respect to a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity.
Non-personally Identifiable Information
Non-personally-identifiable information is information that does not by itself identify a specific individual (“Nonpersonally Identifiable Information”). Mobility Buff gathers certain information about you based upon where you visit on the Site in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the website URL that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using and your IP address.
2. Collection Methods and Use of Information
Mobility Buff does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. You provide certain Personally Identifiable Information to Mobility Buff when you: (1) register for the Services and register your email address with us; (2) enter sweepstakes or contests sponsored by Mobility Buff or one of our partners; (3) sign up for special offers from selected third parties; (4) send email messages, submit forms or transmit other information by telephone or letter; and/or (5) submit your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing Services on the Site. Mobility Buff may also collect information from you at other points on our Site and you will be notified when such information is being collected.
In addition, Mobility Buff may also collect, or Mobility Buff third party ad server and/or content server may collect, certain Non-personally Identifiable Information. This information is ultimately stored in the form of store categories, and, in some cases, specific URLs. Mobility Buff uses your IP address to diagnose problems with Mobility Buff's servers, software, to administer the Site and to gather demographic information. Mobility Buff's third party ad servers will also provide Mobility Buff with a summary, but not individual reports that will tell Mobility Buff how many ads were presented and clicked upon within our Site.
3. Release of Information
Mobility Buff does not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others. Mobility Buff may provide some of its services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties. Mobility Buff and its service partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate their respective sites and to deliver their services. For example, Mobility Buff must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for products and services purchased on this Site and provide order information to third parties that help us provide customer service.
Mobility Buff will encourage its service partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by Mobility Buff service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners and is not subject to Mobility Buff control.
Occasionally Mobility Buff may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. Mobility Buff will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. Mobility Buff fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use its services for illegal activities. Mobility Buff reserves the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that Mobility Buff in good faith believes to be unlawful.
Mobility Buff may also provide Non-personally Identifiable Information about its customers’ sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to third party advertisers, but these statistics do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.

The importance of security for all Personally Identifiable Information associated with its user is of utmost concern to us. Your Personally Identifiable Information is protected in several ways. In addition, your Personally Identifiable Information resides on a secure server that only selected Mobility Buff personnel and contractors have access to via password. Mobility Buff encrypts your Personally Identifiable Information and thereby prevents unauthorized parties from viewing such information when it is transmitted to us.
